Three double rooms in Hither Green

Hi everyone! I'm looking to fill three double rooms in a 4 bed house in Hither Green, South East London.

You’ll be living with me, a 25 year old professional. It’s a fairly quiet house but I like to still hang out with housemates in the living area from time to time. I'm looking for someone who is friendly, clean and willing to contribute to the house share.

The house spreads across three floors and has 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living area and a garden with decking.

Rent for the two ground floor bedrooms is £750 pcm and £850 for the bigger, first floor bedroom. Bills come out to around £150 per month, but can be more expensive in the winter months. Our council tax band is E. The contract can be signed for a minimum of 6 months, and can be renewed at 12 months.

The rooms come furnished with the bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The bigger first floor bedroom is available from 22 December, Ground floor bedroom 1 is available from 23 December, and Ground floor bedroom 2 is available from 3 January.

Location wise, the house is a 10 min walk from Hither Green train station and 15 mins from Lewisham station, with good bus links around the local area too. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local and Lidl a short walk away, and nearby Lewisham shopping centre has all the amenities you'll need. Nice pubs, restaurants and cafes are within a 10 min walk and we’re close to lots of parks and green spaces including Manor House Gardens, Mountsfield Park, Ladywell Park, Hilly Fields, Greenwich Park and Blackheath.
