I’m looking for a laid back, cat friendly housemate to join me in a 2 bed flat in Hither Green (SE6). Ideally someone sociable and respectful.

• 📍 12 minute walk to Hither Green, Catford & Catford Bridge stations, 8 minute cycle to Lewisham station
• 🚉 25 mins to London Bridge, 35 mins to Charing Cross, 45 mins to Kings Cross St Pancras
• 🚌 Regular buses nearby
• 🛏️ Furnished or unfurnished, your choice. If Furnished, the room comes with a queen sized bed, two large wardrobes and a bedside table. Rest of flat fully furnished.
• 💰 £850 + bills (approx. £65/month) gas and electric split equally
• 🔐 Deposit: £950 (five weeks rent)
• 📅 Available now, flexible move in

You’ll also be living with Chocolate, my very relaxed cat who mainly chills in my room.
I work shifts and am generally out of the house most times, so there will be plenty of time to have the flat to yourself.
