Hey! I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2 bedroom flat in hither green. The room is spacious bright and cozy, comes with a double bed, 1 wardrobe , 3 drawers, 1 big drawer with storage space built in , and gets plenty of natural light.

The flat has:

A shared living area
(perfect for chill nights or the occasional Netflix binge)
Fully equipped kitchen
microwave/ oven/ kettle/ fridge / electric stove
with
washing machine/ small heather/ central heating

There is always space for street parking if one drives

The flat is just a 10 minute walk for the train station, with direct trains getting you to central london in only 10 minutes that comes every few minutes.

You’ll be living with 1 friendly, clean, and respectful flatmates who are 20 years old and work at DR. Marines.
I’m friendly, chatty and pretty easygoing - i like keeping the space clean and relaxed. I’m queer, so it’s important to me that the flat feels safe and welcoming. I love going out for coffee, hanging out, and id be happy to show you around southeast london- there are loads of lovely spots nearby.

We keep it pretty chill and like a balance of hanging out and doing our own thing.
