You’ll be living with 2 amazing girlies Vic & Abby who have a balance of office & some WFH days.
Both social but also keep themselves to themself!

About you:
We are ideally looking for a lovely girl who has a mix of office & WFH days, who is open, kind, clean and respectful to the shared space & can make friends with the girls!

1 minute Walk to Tesco express & coop, anytime fitness & cute coffee shops
7 minute walk to Hither Green Station (12 minute direct train to London Bridge)
15-20 minute walk to Lewisham with DLR
30 minute walk to Blackheath
Lewisham has Sainsbury’s, lidl, H&M etc

Close to 2 parks, train Station, shops

The rent is around £700 and bills may differ usually between £130-£150 depending.
They may change when I leave as they will need to be moved into an existing tenants name.

Deposit is £695
Move in date would be June 3rd & rent is due 11th of each month. So a pro data sum of £290 will be required for the 3rd - 11th then first months rent is due 11th June is due.
