Hey!
Looking for a new flatmate to move in end of August. The flat is on a very quiet road, in Hither Green, about a 3 minute walk to the train station, which gets you to London Bridge is 10 mins, Waterloo in 15 and Charing Cross in 20, Lewisham and Blackheath are a 20 minute walk away as well.
It’s a two story apartment, with two double bedrooms on the second level. It has a beautiful, open plan, living room/dining room and kitchen (plus dishwasher), Bath and shower, along with a washing machine and a dryer. There is an also a cute little balcony, which I keep some cute lil flowers on.
I’m a 30 year who works in Film and TV. I run quite a lot, and I am training for a couple of upcoming marathons/Kilimanjaro. However, I still love a beer garden and going out. I enjoy concerts, museums, parks, F1, among other sports. I keep the flat very tidy, and love to collect odd little vintage/retro items, plus I make the best roast dinner, which is famous amongst my friendship group, however, banana bread is always for dessert.
Feel free to message me with any questions, happy to discuss the cost of the bills if you are interested. I pay the TV license and WIFI myself, so that's included in the rent.
