It is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood with lots of community events throughout the year.
Lidl and Sainsbury's are both a short walk away. Lewisham also has a daily market as well as the usual Primark, Starbucks, H&M, Boots etc.
The stunning Manor House Gardens park is also round the corner from the house, complete with a pond, a cafe and a monthly farmers market.

Hither Green station (Zone 3) under 10 minutes walk,
Blackheath (Zone 3) around 12,
Lewisham station/ DLR (Zone 2) less than 20 minutes walk or quicker by bus.
10 minutes to London Bridge, 15 to Waterloo East and 20 to Charing Cross, Cannon Street, 25 to Victoria.
New Cross Gate for the Windrush line is 20 minutes away by direct bus. Canary Wharf and Greenwich also quickly accessible with the DLR.
(Note: There is no tube station nearby).

It may suit somebody who is just moving to London and who wants to find their footing first or somebody more mature but really no preference on our end regarding age or occupation. It is however a house with daytime working hours and not party house.
International household (Franco-British/ Australian/ Taiwanese, 9, 20s, 50yo) and we would like to keep it female only. We have a cat so it's not possible to have another pet.
