Double Room in lovely Hither Green home

Hey! We’re Joe, Nathan and Kieran, and we’re looking for a 4th housemate to move into a lovely terraced home with us in Hither Green from 12th December. We’re a friendly, respectful LGBTQ+ group who would love someone to join us who’s up for pub trips, film nights, board games and more, but equally respect each other’s own space.

The house is lovely and homely, with a decent garden space. Downstairs has a living room, a kitchen/dining space which looks out onto the garden, and a downstairs toilet. The main bathroom is upstairs with a bath/shower, as well as the available bedroom. Whilst the photos are a good reference, it’s worth noting that we’re not living there yet so this isn’t our furniture. We will be providing all main furniture though for the communal spaces.

The available bedroom is 3.50m x 2.99m, with room to comfortably fit a double bed, and comes unfurnished.

Hither Green station is a five minute walk from the house, which is situated on Fernbrook Road, and you can get to London Bridge from Hither Green in 15 minutes, and also easily get to Greenwich and Canary Wharf from Lewisham. There are nice pubs, coffee shops and local shops walking distance from the house too.

We’re estimating bills to come to no more than £150 per month which includes heating, water, electricity, council tax and internet. We’re also please asking for £67.50 for some communal items we’ve purchased in advance (Sebo hoover, 40” smart TV, air fryer and coffee machine with a bean grinder).
