The flat is on the first floor and has one bathroom shared between three tidy girls. There’s also an open-plan kitchen/living area. We mostly keep to ourselves as our schedules differ, but are always up for a chat when at home.
We’d prefer another female housemate to keep the balance, and you’ll need to be LGBT-friendly 🌈
The new tenant will take over as lead tenant, which means collecting rent from the other two and paying the landlord, along with bills (though in practice we split bills equally between the three of us, usually £150–160pp/month). For this reason, we can only accept working professionals who can provide references.
The tenancy is joint, so ideally we’re looking for someone planning to stay at least a year. Council Tax Band C.
📍 Location: 10–12 mins to Hither Green station, with Lewisham, Ladywell, and Catford stations all walkable. Trains from Hither Green run directly to London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street.
Availability: Expected from around 25th/26th October 2025 (exact date to be confirmed with the landlord).
