Double room in furnished two bedroomed flat

I am renting out a large double room in a ground floor flat, in a Victorian house, with a garden and parking space for £700 a month, plus bills. The room is large with good storage and space for a desk and office chair should you wish to work at home (the sit/stand desk and chair come with the room).

The flat is well decorated and equipped as it is my home but I will be away for a year travelling. You would be sharing with one male (my nephew), and my cute cat, Florence. It is a short walk to Hither Green Station, but also walkable to Ladywell, and a quick bus down to Lewisham Station. Near to shops, a gym and a couple of restaurants. All kitchen appliances are only a year old.

The other flat mate works at home two days a week and is in the office for three days.

Council tax band B. Bills to be shared with the other occupant.
