Cheap room in lovely flatshare

Hi,

I’m moving to Yorkshire, so my room in Hither Green is available to rent. It’s clean and semi-furnished, with a view of the garden. The housemates are lovely and easy going. A great place to live!

The house is a five-minute walk to Hither Green station, with direct trains to London Bridge (12 minutes), Charing Cross and Waterloo East. Lewisham train/DLR station is a short bus journey, as is Lewisham shopping centre.

You’d be sharing with three people aged 37-43 working in music, prop making and immersive adventure games. Everyone's friendly and easy going whilst respecting each other's space. We work different shift patterns, sometimes from home, but when our paths cross we might socialise - with the occasional pub outing! Our interests include art, music, literature and sport.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy up after ourselves, but we don't set cleaning rotas.

There is on-street parking outside the house requiring a permit, or you can park for free a short walk from the house.

Water rates are included in the rent; other bills typically come to about £55-£90 per month, depending on the time of year. Council tax is band C.

Move-in date can be flexible, if required.
