Double room in Hither Green - in 2 bed flat

Looking for a female to take over my tenancy in this stunning two bedroom, first floor, Victorian flat.

Room: Cosy double bedroom on the first floor. Would be partly unfurnished (I can leave a clothes rail and bedside table, I can also negotiate re the bed and mattress if required). Very quiet as the room as at the back of the house.

House: The rest of the two bedroom flat is very well maintained and clean, with double glazed windows throughout. There is a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. The house was newly carpeted last year. You will also have access to a lovely shared garden.

Living room: There is a large shared living room with a huge south-facing bay window. There are two large white chest of drawers which you can have nearly full use of for storage. This would be furnished but you would be welcome to bring decor and furniture to make the space your own with my current flatmate. (There is also a large cupboard in the hallway which would be yours for storage).

Kitchen: All relatively new white goods, including a large fridge. We have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Housemate: The other tenant would be my lovely Canadian flatmate. She is working as a doctor so is out most of the days. She is quiet and friendly, enjoys cooking and relaxing at home. She does also enjoy the odd night out!

Duration: looking for someone to take over my tenancy from mid-dec/early January until the beginning of August. But I can be flexible about move it and this can be extended..

Bills not included - total around £150-200. Council tax band B.

Local area: Hither Green is quiet and safe. 12 minute train to London Bridge from Hither Green. Good bus connections very close by too.

I am leaving to move in with my partner, so the new tenant would be signing as new contract with my flatmate for the remaining 6-ish months.
