My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable to join me in this lovely flat.

The available room is a spacious double ensuite — ideal if you’d like your own comfortable, private space while living with a friendly housemate. It gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, has a built-in wardrobe running along one wall, and comes with all the furnishings you’d expect.

The flat itself is large and bright, with an open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings and big windows make it feel airy and welcoming. We’re on the top floor of the development, so you’ll get great views from the balcony plus access to an underground garage.

The building is part of a modern development with a Tesco and a gym just a stone’s throw away. Hither Green station is a five-minute walk, offering regular trains into central London. There’s also a lovely local pub nearby, and Mountsfield Park is practically on the doorstep.

A little about me: I’m a relaxed, easy-going guy who enjoys socialising but also fully respects personal space and downtime. I keep busy with work and a pretty active social life, but I always enjoy a good catch-up — whether that’s cooking together, grabbing a drink at the pub, or just having a chat after a long day.

Service charge and water are included in the rent; electricity, council tax, and broadband are separate.
