Cozy Room in Hither Green

Looking for someone to take on my room in a flat in Hither Green / Catford. The first floor in a split house on a quiet street with shared entrance. Lovely downstairs neighbour and a lovely, relaxed flatmate who works from home most days.

Furnishings for the bedroom limited to a double bed and mattress. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Super relaxed landlady, quick to sort out any problems of which there have been very few in the last year and a half of living here.

Very happy to rearrange living room, currrently set up with two sofas, a dining table and a desk for flatmate to work at.

The bedroom is the bigger of the two rooms, has space for a desk and clothes storage as well as a build in cupboard in the hallway to hang clothes.

Kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, oven, gas hob, kettle and plenty of pots and pans.

LGBTQ+ preferred, but any gender, nationality or religion is welcome. I am looking to move out ASAP due to a change in my work, landlady is already aware of this and the place I am moving into is flexible but also keen to get me in ASAP. Can therefore get something together with relatively short notice.

We are in council tax band B and the deposit is £950.
