Cosy room in beautiful communal home -Hither Green

Details about the room:
A room is available in our shared house of 5 people. The room is including ALL bills, including council tax. The room is immediately available. The house has a HMO licence. We'd love a minimum stay of 6 months, but if it's a fit as housemates we'd love for you to stay longer.

The dimensions of the room are 2.6m x 3m - there's room for a double bed, some storage and a small desk in the space. It's currently used as a spare room. There's also an attic with a pretty decent amount of storage in it, so if you did need any more space then you'd be more than welcome to pop some things up there. There is a full bathroom upstairs shared between all tenants, and a smaller toilet unit downstairs. There is a large kitchen and communal area all shared. The deposit is 6 weeks rent - £1275.

Details about the house and the rest of us:
There are 4 others living in the house - a couple (session musician (28) and composer (30) that are in the downstairs room, and 2 individuals (session musician (30) and yoga & singing teacher (30)) that are in the other two upstairs rooms. We also have a beautiful cat called Nina! She's quite shy at first but loves lap cuddles once you get to know her.

We're quite a communal house - we occasionally cook together, have a cup of tea, chat and play board games and we'd love someone that would be up for being a part of the community rather than just cohabiting together. We've also got schedules with a lot of variety, so occasionally there's weeks-months where someone might be away on tour. The couple pay extra money to have exclusive use of the studio in the back of the garden too. The kitchen space is quite generous and there's plenty of storage and room for cooking. We also have a barista coffee machine!

Details about the location:
We're about equidistant from Hither Green station (15 minute walk) and Catford Bridge station (20 minute walk). There's 3 local shops around the corner, and a big Lidl a short drive/15 minute walk away, but there's also a bus that travels directly between us and the shop. We do have a driveway, but three of us have cars so it's always in use - but there's plenty free on-street car parking. There's also some lovely parks nearby that are only a 5 minute walk away!
