The house is spread over two floors, giving ample space for everyone and with wooden floors and double glazing throughout. There is a large garden, as well as plenty of storage available in a dry basement, along with a downstairs cloakroom.

It is a peaceful, friendly neighbourhood with lots of community events throughout the year.
Lidl and Sainsbury's are both a short walk away. Lewisham also has a daily market as well as the usual Primark, Starbucks, H&M, Boots etc.
The stunning Manor House Gardens is also round the corner, complete with a pond, cafe and a monthly farmers market.

Hither Green station (Zone 3): under 10 minutes walk
Blackheath (Zone 3): around 12,
Lewisham station/ DLR (Zone 2): less than 20 minutes walk or quicker by bus.
Windrush line: 20 minutes away by direct bus (New Cross Gate)
10 minutes to London Bridge, 15 to Waterloo East and 20 to Charing Cross, Cannon Street, 25 to Victoria.
Canary Wharf and Greenwich also quickly accessible with the DLR.

It may suit somebody who is just moving to London and who wants to find their footing first or somebody more mature but really no preference on our end regarding age or occupation. It is however a day-time working, non-party households.
International household (Franco-British/ Trinidadian/ Taiwanese, 9, 20s, 50yo) and we would like to keep it female preferred. We have a cat so it's not possible to have another pet.
