I have a lovely large double room available in a spacious ground-floor flat. The flat has beautiful original exposed wooden floorboards, high ceilings and is finished well throughout. The room has a big bay looking out onto a quiet road. There is a peaceful rear garden that belongs to just the flat.

The room itself will be unfurnished but I have a car and am willing to help! Im also pretty DIY-ee so if I was moving into this room id build a desk into one of the nooks . It’s a small double room that will fit a standard double, and the walk in wardrobe helps for storage. The shared basement is also handy for bulkier things.

I’ve also listed the other room in the flat, and it’s bigger so check that out on my profile if you need more space. It also comes furnished. I’ll move into whatever room is left.

You’ll be sharing the property with just me. I live in the other front bedroom. The flat has a great layout and has a shared living room. We have direct access to a grassy rear garden which I like to keep nice. We also have a shared basement, which provides loads of extra storage space for suitcases, boxes, or bikes.

The Location:
We are located on Wellmeadow Road (SE13 6SY), a highly sought-after, tree-lined residential street in the Corbett Estate area of Hither Green. It’s a very safe, friendly neighborhood. Hither Green station is just a short walk away, offering fantastic, quick transport links straight into Central London (London Bridge, Charing Cross, Cannon Street). There are also plenty of great local cafes, pubs, and green spaces nearby. With a ~7min walk to the platform at Hither Green, you can generally be in central London in 30-40min.

About Me:
I'm a 26 year old software engineer. I'm into football, film (going to the cinema a lot), gardening and baking. I play guitar (not too loud :D) and would say I'm a peaceful and accommodating flatmate.

I share a dog with my ex meaning he will generally be around for 1/2 the week. He's a lovely cockapoo and brings a smile to everyones face so if you like dogs you'll love him. If you don't like dogs, sorry this may not be for you!
