Room available with own bathroom

My lovely housemate is moving out after living together for 5 years and I don't want to leave as I love our little flat.

We have a big wrap around balcony and a lovely bright living room and kitchen.

The room is a double room with its own bathroom.

There is a 24 hour gym on site and a parking space and a Tesco and it is 5 minutes to the station.

I'd love to find someone who is chilled and not wanting to throw parties all the time (obviously the occasional is fine!) The flat is a calm place where we can enjoy our own space as well as the living spaces together. I like to go to the gym, the theatre and seeing my friends at the pub.

I do work from home a lot so hopefully you wont mind that!
