SE - Double room available in brand-new 2 bed flat

I’m looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share my brand-new 2-bedroom flat in SE London (7-10 mins walk to Hither Green train station). I’ll be moving in this weekend, so everything is completely new and the building comes with great amenities.

The flat is currently unfurnished, but I’m furnishing it gradually over the coming weeks. If needed, I can help arrange a bed for the room. The living room and shared spaces will also be furnished over time, so you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the space rather than move into a fully established household.

A bit about me: I’m a professional working in the office around 3 days a week in central London. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, exploring London, spending time with friends, or relaxing at home with a quiet evening when there’s nothing planned. I’m clean, respectful, and looking for someone with a similar attitude towards shared living.
