2 Rooms in Hither Green area! (1 en suite)

Hi gals!
Me and my friend are sadly leaving our rooms to embark on a new journey 💔

We both loved living here for about a year and a half, but i’m relocating to NW and Taylor W.

About the rooms:
Room 1 (en-suite):
- £915 bills inc + deposit, protected under tds
- Biggest room of the flat - En suite (a dream and it’s just been redone by the landlord!!!)
- Comes unfurnised but i’m happy to talk about selling furniture
- South facing, so gets a lot of lovely natural light (the bathroom also has a window)
- Literally a dream if you WFH as I did

Room 2:
- £850 bills inc + deposit, protected under tds
- Very cosy & still spacious, with windows overlooking the garden!
- This room stays the coolest in the summer & warm in the winter so it has been amazing as the seasons change
- Shares a bathroom with only one other, Kyoka!

We want to do viewings asap and make a decision by the 14th August 🩷

About the flat & flatmates:
- Location is great for the city: Ladywell station (12min walk) and Hither green station (15min walk) both have fast trains to London bridge (9 min), Waterloo, Charring Cross and Cannon Street.
- Lewisham Shopping Center is just a 20 min walk if you fancy some retail therapy
- Greenwich park and Blackheath village just a 15 min bus ride away
- Ladywell and Mountsfield park around the corner if you’re a runner
- Super sunny & spacious living room / kitchen with full sized fridge and dishwasher
- Brand new washing machine/dryer installed.
- We have a rooftop that we use as a balcony! We get to see the sun set from here
- Kyoka: 25 - Prima Ballerina from Japan/New Zealand works part time as a barista
- Lula: 24 - Gaming Industry
- Both gals are very social and chatty, we often share a bottle of wine on the roof or embark on random midnight side quests together
