Double Furnished Loft room - ensuite shower room

We are looking to rent our lovely loft room and en-suites shower room to a like minded tenant. The other rooms in the house aren t communal but you have use of the kitchen.
The loft tastefully furnished with bed, wardrobe, book units, large work table and lamps.

Ideally want someone who is okay with our living small dog molly . It is room only and use of kitchen. We don't really want anyone who works from home full time but needs a nice, quiet space for the evenings and weekends.
We can look at a Mon- Friday let also.
We are 5 mins from Hither Green mainline statiioin. 1 minute from lovely Manor house gardens , cafe and Library and only 15 mins walk to Blackheath village, and 20 mins to Greenwich Park.
