The room available is fully furnished with wooden floors and has a window overlooking the garden. There is a separate kitchen, living room, bathroom and downstairs WC. There is also unlimited wifi. The room would suit a mature postgraduate student or professional.

The house is situated in Hither Green and is less than 5mins walk to the train station where you can be in London Bridge/Waterloo East in 15mins and Charing Cross or Canon Street in 18mins. The train line also goes to Lewisham and New Cross, so is easy access for Goldsmiths University.

All amenities are nearby with Sainsburys only 10mins walk away and Blackheath and Lewisham high street about 15mins walk away. There is a local park with a farmers market, library and river running through it. Hither Green is a safe and quiet residential area with a friendly local community.

At the moment there are three people living in the house; Tara who is a teacher, Daniel who is doing a phd at Kings College London and Rita who is studying a postgraduate course at Goldsmiths.

Rent does not include bills and all bills are shared equally between housemates.
