Friendly house Hither Green, near Lewisham

Looking for a housemate for a newly-bought house to fill the room of our landlord/housemate whose moving away at the end of September, moving dates can be flexible. It's a good sized property which includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, communal lounge with 50" TV, Virgin Media (TV and broadband), big kitchen and dining area with dishwasher, washing machine etc. nice garden that gets a lot of sun; great for barbeques.

The room is £530 pm rent with all bills excluding gas and electric (which is about £20pm per person), also we have a weekly cleaner and the advantage of being mates with the landlord meaning if anything breaks we can get it sorted quickly. There aren't any pictures up of the room-it's size is in-between the 2 rooms shown (I've just renewed the advert from when we all moved in together). The furniture is negotiable and includes a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table/desk and chair. It's a good location to get to Central London - 10 minutes walk to Hither Green station with regular trains to London Bridge (10 mins), Cannon Street (19 mins) and Charing Cross (23 mins), also trains/buses to Lewisham and New Cross, buses to Blackheath and Greenwich, easy cycle distance from all, and night bus N171 from centre.

We're all pretty laid back in the house and spend time together so we'd like to share with someone whose sociable and like-minded.
