I am ideally seeking a Mon-Fri renter at £650 per month, however I'm open to discussing full time or more flexible arrangements. The room will be available from 1st December

The House

The house is in Hither Green, situated less than 5 minutes walk to the train station. From there you have direct access to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street.

There's a big Sainsburys and small M&S about 10 mins walk away, plus a couple of local shops/pubs and a lovely cafe just down the road. There's a park about 5 mins walk away and you can walk to Blackheath within 20 mins.

It's a 3-bed detached house with plenty of space, you'd be sharing with one other. Downstairs there is a living room (smart TV, comfy sofa bed, DVD player) music room, kitchen & bathroom (with bath, shower & toilet). There's a back yard with a shed, room to keep a bike. Upstairs there is 3 bedrooms (one unoccupied & used for storage/dressing room) and a separate bathroom with a toilet/sink.
There is parking available on the road directly outside the house.

The Room

The room itself is a good-sized double at the back of the house (so it is nice and quiet), it was plastered, decorated and had a new carpet put in last year so is still very clean and fresh. The room comes furnished with a new double bed and mattress, shelving unit and 2x bedside tables. It's way more spacious than the pictures give it credit for, it's plenty of space for one person.

The Flatmate

I'm 36, gay and work in digital media. I love to cook, and watching films. I used to be a professional classical musician & have a music room downstairs, complete with piano and a few other instruments which I play sometimes.
