We are all art lovers. Must not be party people, clean and tidy, friendly organized person only.

We have 2 cats.

Kitchen has all modern equipment, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Only professional people, or full time students.

Single room is available now to move in (£445/month inclu).

Double room will be available in mid September(£485/month for single occupancy, £680/month for a couple).

6month contract, 1month deposit required.

We have roof terrace so smokers can smoke there. Bicycle can be stored too.
