Double Room in Tidy Maisonette

Hello!

The room up for grabs is a double. The bed is very comfortable and also a sofa so has the added bonus of being used that way if you have a visitor.

There is a small breakfast bar in the kitchen and there is a garden with furniture and a hammock.

The rent includes bills and also a cleaner every 2 weeks.

The flat is a 2min walk to Hither Green station with easy access to London Bridge, Waterloo East and Charing Cross. It's a quiet leafy neighbourhood but has a nice vibe with a great pub/restaurant, cool cafe/deli, local shops and take aways and 24 hour gym.

I'm easy going and a good listener. Like meeting interesting people.
