Flat hare in Hither Green

I am looking for someone to share my ground floor flat in Hither Green.

£850pcm (or the equivalent in Euro or US dollars), inclusive of utility bills, Council tax, wi-fi, TV licence, but not contents insurance. No deposit needed.

The flat-sharer would get a bedroom with double bed, and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, dining/sitting area, small bedroom (just about suitable for guests) and garden.

The flat is a short walk to Hither Green railway station (zone 3) and is on the 181 and 225 bus routes which go to Lewisham DLR. The 225 goes to New Cross and Goldsmiths' College etc.

My building is about 100 years old and no specific adaptations have been made for people with disabilities. The front door is not wide enough for a wheelchair to fit comfortably. However, the flat is on the ground floor and should be suitable for people who cannot climb stairs.

Flat is available from the end of August 2016.

No smoking inside the flat while I am staying there, please. House-trained pets might be possible.

My Korean partner and I usually spend the summer in the UK and the rest of the year travelling, so the flat-sharer would have sole use of the flat for much of the time.

I am the (mortgage-free) owner of the flat. I am 69 years old.
