After 4 years in this wonderful flat, I will be moving out and we'll be looking for someone to take my place in a two bedroom flat in Hither Green.

The room offered is the larger of the two and has its own built in wardrobe and double bed, with bedside table. There is also plenty of space for any additional furniture you may wish to bring. There is also large furnished living/dining area with a separate fully equipped kitchen. Check out the amateur floor plan for more information!!!

The flat also comes with a free parking space right outside!

I cannot stress how great the landlords have been, they are easily contactable and always replace broken items and ensure we are happy within the property.

For those that don't know Hither Green, it’s a quiet residential area in South East London. The flat overlooks a pleasant park and tennis courts (which can be rented from the council). The park is great for the summer, for running or just taking a general stroll. It's also home to regular yearly events including a community festival and Christmas celebrations.

The property is around a 10 minute walk from Hither Green station (Zone 3), from which you can reach London Bridge in 10-15 minutes and Charing Cross/Cannon street in around 20. There are regular trains each day until just after midnight. Lewisham DLR station is also within walking distance or a bus journey for access into Canary Wharf/docklands.

Locally there is a 24 hour gym, Tesco Express and a Co-op convenience store, all within a 5 minute walk. An Aldi can also be reached in 15 minutes. Larger high street stores can be found in Catford (5-10 minute walk) or central Lewisham (20 minute walk/10 minute bus ride)

This flat would suit a professional working in London. The remaining flatmate Alastair works as a civil servant and spends most of the week working in central London. On the weekends he is normally out and about or taking it easy and chilling at home.

Rent for the larger room would be £660 a month, bills (Electricity, water, internet and Council Tax) would be an additional £100 per month approx. However this would be negotiable as cheaper internet, gas/electricity deals can be found.

The Tenancy is for 12 months with a a break clause at 6 months.
