Description
I am renting my double-bedroom in a 4 beds flat with an open-plan kitchen-living room located in Holborn/ Russel Square. The bedroom is available from 10 July until 15 September (shorter period of time considered).
The apartment’s interior has been newly built, with just over 7 months of use.
Wooden flooring throughout. No carpet. Heating and hot water included.

🛠4 double furnished bedrooms. 2 other bedrooms are also available during this same period. New, comfortable mattresses in every room along with a desk, chair, chest of drawers and closet in every room. They are equally sized with large, sound-proof double glazed windows.
🛠Two complete bathrooms (one with shower and one with a bathtub). Water bill is at a fixed rate of £36 per month (to be divided among the tenants).
🲠The kitchen is all electric (no gas bill). Brand new hob, oven and large fridge-freezer. Other appliances (toaster, etc negotiable). Electricity bill around £36 to £46 per month (to be divided). Heating and hot water included in rental price.
