Cosy single room in central London (Holborn)

Dear new flatmate,

We are three young professionals from all over Europe – Camilla, Juanjo and Dimi.

We are looking for a new female flatmate to join the team. A cosy single room is available from new year for single occupancy (we search for a female flatmate to keep an even ratio).
The room comes with a single bed, bedside table, a desk and a wardrobe.

The absolute benefit is that we have two bathrooms.

There's a large kitchen (with two fridges too) where we use to hang out. Everyone in the house is super friendly. We love travelling, we're easy-going and we usually organize flatmates nights and trips (when we manage to find time in our busy schedules!).

There is a weekly rota for cleaning. The internet comes to around £10 per month, the electricity is around £10, and the council tax around £50. Water and gas are included in the rent.

The deposit is half the rent.

The minimum term is for 6 months.

The area is brilliantly located with everything around you could need.
