Subletting Bedroom in Holborn

This property includes a kitchen/living room shared area only (not separate). You are not allowed to use the closet, but there are a few drawers provided for you to store your items.
I am looking to only sublet this room beginning from now until 31 August. There is an existing flat mate who will be staying with you in the property for short periods throughout your tenancy.
What to expect:
- Bring your own pillows, duvet, bedsheets
- Mattress Protector provided
- Keep the place clean (regularly throw out trash, food waste, clean the toilet & kitchen)
- Cleaning supplies are provided (incl. vacuum)
- Washing Machine/Dryer available
- No inviting guests/parties
- Do not stick things on the walls (weak paint will peel off)

10min walk to Russell Square Station
15min walk to Tottenham Court Road Station & Chancery Lane Station

At the end of your tenancy, you are expected to restore the room to how it originally was and ensure all trash in the flat has been cleared.
