Central London Flat Available

Looking for a girlie to share a newly refurbished central London flat with. I’m a LSE masters student and work part time.

- Chancery Lane Underground Station: 3 mins
- Farringdon: 8 mins
- bills come around 80/month

The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and my bedroom has its own shower and sink.

This week, the builders are working on the following:
- the kitchen furniture will be completely changed (countertops, cupboards and shelves) + the kitchen includes a washer/dryer; dishwasher; fridge; microwave; oven and hob
- ⁠the whole flat is repainted now
- ⁠the couch, small table, lights and dining table are going to be replaced
- ⁠the floor is to be changed both in the living room and bathroom
- ⁠the bathtub is replaced
- ⁠the room on the video is being completely refurbished

I’m looking for someone nice and sociable, but respectful of each other’s personal space and the cleanliness of the flat.
