This it a room in a very nice quite mews townhouse, with bright decor.

Preferably someone that is into fitness for long term.

Would consider short let for an extra price.

The room has a small double bed room new mattresses and there is large double room, the bathroom is in between the two bedrooms, it’s situated on s quite mews.

The small room would be £285 PW per person
The larger room in £350 PW per person no bills but split internet bill.

This split level house has a small patio, and located right next the trendy Area on lambs lconduit Street, with lots of beautiful restaurants bars and local coffee shops, Gym is two mins walk, but there are lots of gyms close by too.
Its five minutes walk to the Holborn station, seven minutes walk to Russell Square, and about 10 minutes walk to Chancery Lane, around 10 minutes walk to Tottenham Court Road, or bus which is 2 - 3 mins away run though every 3 - 5 mins, 38, 19, 98 and many more run from Theobalds Road and red lion square.

The person that takes the room must be dog friendly as there are very small friendly very clean dogs at the residence, have been used as therapy dogs for the Great Ormond Street hospital.
