Our flat is located in the City of Westminster, and is under Council Tax Band G. There is a spacious, modern shared living room and kitchen. The flat is 1 minute from a Tesco Express, 10 minutes from Amazon Fresh and M&S. Total bills are around 55 pounds a month. Wifi comes to 11/month; energy ranges from 40-45. Water bills come every six months. The room comes with a double bed, two desks, a built-in wardrobe etc.. The current flatmates will be master's students at LSE, so we would prefer another master's student as well. The flat is in an excellent location, as it is a 5 minute walk from LSE and KCL Strand campus.
