Lovely 1B1B in Holborn with Park View

I’ll be travelling for a few weeks, so I’m looking for someone to stay in my 1B1B apartment while I’m away. The available period is from July 10th to August 14th and ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay for the full duration.

The apartment is located in Holborn, just a 10-minute walk from King’s Cross station. There’s a large shopping mall within walking distance (with Waitrose and an Asian supermarket inside), and the British Museum is only about 15 minutes away on foot. UCL’s main campus is also nearby.

The flat is on the third floor, and it’s very quiet and peaceful, with most of the residents being local families. The windows and private balcony both face a lovely small park, which brings in lots of greenery and natural light. It’s a truly beautiful place, especially in the summer — bright, airy, and very relaxing.

Inside the flat, I’ll provide freshly cleaned bedding, and you’ll have access to a washer-dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The space is ideal for either one person or a couple.
