Hi Guys! I am an incoming third year student, doing Finance at LSE - my flatmate is moving out, so I’m just looking for somebody to move in with me! Im not too loud but do love a good chat and going out for a drink sometimes! I love sports and do a lot of gym, big formula 1 fan! Looking for a friendly flatmate to move in - willing to subsidise most of the payment and lower the rent to 900 pcm. Bills are not included, but water / gas usually costs us about 50 quid in total per month (so 25 per person). We have a fixed water bill at ~20 pound pcm.
