A very bright and large bedroom with shockingly good storage space is available for rent from Dec 1 until March 30, after which you'll have the option to takeover the tenancy.

The location is amazing, extremely close to high Holborn. Universities and offices are easily accessible. 3 tube stations within 8-10 min reach (Chancery Lane, Holborn and Russell Street)!

The house is huge, the room on offer comes with a big private bathroom. It's on the second floor. The building receives so much light, and it's surprisingly quiet for such a good location. The property is furnished. The open kitchen is very modern, there is 2 refrigerators (one for each) the landlord recently installed a new Bosch hob 😍

The bills outside of rent are £40-£60 for electricity and £12 for WiFi.

You'll be sharing the flat with me. I'm a flexible flatmate. I'm a full-time PhD with a full-time job. I usually end up being friends with my flatmates even after we move out, so looking forward to finding a new friend this way 😊 I work from home a few days a week, with some meetings. I have a long distance relationship, so we take turns in visiting each other a few days every month. I also have my brother living in London, we try to catch up, eat dinner together when we can. I like to experiment with cooking, I would be happy to eat together, or have a drinks/movie night.

There's no specific strict rules for the flat. We clean up after ourselves, we clean the common areas when we clean our private rooms. We informally take turns to clear the bins. Feel free to cook anything, bring friends home for dinner or stay if you like. I care that my flatmate doesn't mind me bringing my brother/boyfriend visiting me. Spending time with them is important for me.
