We’re Henrik 🇸🇪 and Colm 🇮🇪, 27 & 29, and we’ve been living and working in London for the past couple of years.
We’re pretty easy-going, big on football, and go to gigs fairly often. We help each other out to keep the flat tidy and we have a great balance of social time and downtime.
Our good friend Kev is moving out to go travelling starting 31 Jan, so we’re looking for someone to take over his room.
It’s a large, furnished double room in a spacious, modern 3rd-floor, 3-bed flat with a great size open-plan lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Other amenities: concierge, parking, great wifi. Also, there's a gym opening in our building in Feb.
Chancery Lane station is literally on the doorstep, so getting around is super easy. Also it's a 5-minute walk to Farringdon, 10 minutes to Soho.
There are also a few great local pubs we’d happily point you towards 🍻
Rent: £1,200 pcm (bills usually around £150 pcm)
Contract: 1-year lease starting February
