The room is big-ish, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe with storage, once-functioning fireplace (with still-functioning mantel) and bookshelf. There is a large, south-facing window letting in lots of light. The building is a red-brick Victorian walk-up that once played host to such luminaries as William Morris and Bertrand Russell, probably. Oliver Cromwell's body is said to be buried in the square, so that's pretty cool, too.

You would be sharing with two male flatmates - both laid back, both from Canada, both gainfully employed working normal hours.

The flat has not one but two - two! - bathrooms (shower in one, bath in the other), kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.) and also a dining/social area with a sofa and dining table. A modern washer/dryer and high-speed wi-fi are available for shared use.

The building is in a ridiculously good location (we didn't know it was possible to live this centrally until we lived this centrally). Holborn tube station (Central and Piccadilly lines) is a two-minute walk. There are buses going east, west, north and south - that's all four directions - just outside the flat. If you prefer to commute on foot Soho/Oxford Street/Covent Garden/Leicester Square are all reachable in 10-15 minutes. There are two Sainsburys (one big, one small) and a Waitrose all a two-minute walk away.
