The studio is located at Yara Central student accommodation, 8 mins walk from Shepherd's Bush station. I am looking for a replacement tenant that has to be a full-time student. This is a en-suite classic studio (17 sqm) with a large double bed, study area, a TV, a breakfast bar (comes with a stool) and modern fixtures and fittings including kitchen area with fridge, hob and combi microwave. Utilities and wireless internet (up to 3 devices) are also included in the rent. There is also laundry service and bike storage on site, with a common room and a pool table for students to socialise. This studio is also located 10 mins walk from Westfield shopping centre. The tenancy is from now up until 07/09/19.
