I am the current tenant in a lovely 2 bed flat in the heart of Holland Park. The apartment is on the 4th floor in a secure block of flats within 5 mins walking distance to Shepherd's Bush station (Central Line and Overground)
and 7 mins walking distance to Holland Park Station (Central Line), 12 mins walking distance to Notting Hill Gate station.

There is a lift in the property, and a parking lot which can be used for free if the landlady supplies a fob to enter the main gate. We haven't requested one since we don't have a car.

You will be sharing with a working professional in her twenties. There is a shared living room with a TV and a balcony with a table and two chairs. The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, a kettle, microwave, a hob and an oven.

The bills are not included. The current breakdown of the bills per person is the following:

Council Tax: 140 PCM (Tax Band H)
Internet (200 Mbps fibre broadband): 14 PCM
Water: 30 PCM
Gas and Electricity: 40 PCM

The room is a double with a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, a comfy office chair and a bedside cabinet. I have bough my own desk and a large chest of drawers since I work from home which I can offer on a discounted price if you are interested in keeping them.

There is a separate bathroom which is just outside the room. My current flatmate's room is an en-suite so you won't be sharing bathrooms.

The room is available from the start of June. The property is managed by Foxtons.
