The building is a new build so the interiors are all modern and contemporary. It's a stone's throw away from Hyde Park and Holland Park and there is also an Anytime Fitness gym 2 minutes away and a supermarket around the corner. The rent does not include bills (roughly 150GBP/month). New tenant will sign onto the lease from the real estate agency. 1 month deposit required (1600 GBP/1 month rent). 2 professional references will be requested too.

5 minute walk to Latimer Road tube station, 5-10 minutes to Holland Park station, and an easy commute to central London/South Kensington direct on the C1, 49, or 94 buses.
