I'll be moving out of my flat and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy! The flat is on the second floor of a Georgian build, with a communal garden out front. The flat has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a spatious communal kitchen and living room. The double room for rent is cosy with a big window and comes furnished. The flat is located less than 10 minutes walk from Holland Park, Shepherd's Bush Station and Westfield and a 5 minute walk from the Kensington/Olympia Overground. The Council Tax band is E. My flatmate is a lovely 27-year old young professional and has 2 cats, so you must be ok with having these adorable cats around. We're ideally looking for a young female professional who is clean and would love some cat therapy!
