Beautiful Room in Kensington/ Holland Park

I’m moving for work and unfortunately need to give up my much loved room in this gorgeous apartment.

The apartment is an incredible location, in between Shepards bush, Holland Park and Kensington with Notting Hill and Hyde Park all a walk away too! It’s a 3 minuet walk to the the central line and to Westfield London perfect for any last minuet shopping!

The light in this apartment is incredible especially in the back rooms in the summer it’s one of my favourite things about it

You will be living with my current flatmate, who is a joy to live with- she is a professional so in the office during the week, clean and tidy and always a wonderful person to chat to in the evenings or watch a film with. She is looking for someone to treat the place like home 🏠

The room itself is unfurnished though if you are interested I may sell my bed- you really don’t need much furniture in the room through as it comes with amazing built in wardrobes with tones of storage space- the whole back wall is wardrobes- there are draws and shelves inside and a light, room for suitcases any large items to be stored!

The shared bathroom comes with a bath and which is always nice to unwind at the end of the day.

Bills: Council Tax is £184 so £92 split between 2 and then the bills work out around £98 for the water, wifi and energy

We are looking for someone to move in around the 1st August but there is flexibility on these dates.

There is a deposit of £1225.95
