A beautiful ensuite bedroom has become available in a friendly flat share. The room is suitable for a couple.

The room is just being decorated and will have a new wooden laminated flooring, double bed and matress with a nice wardrobe with chest of drawers. Ther is a brand new shower and toilete insided the room ( Ensuite ). All bills are included in the room price.

The house itself has recently been renovated and situated on a quiet residential area very well connected with undergrounds and overground. There is a nice eat-in kitchen with a big fridhe-freezer, ovemn and a washing machine.

There are two other tenants, 22-27 years old. We all work full-time Monday to Friday and are pretty independent but will get together and socialize from time to time. We are clean and tidy and respect each other’s space.

The practical stuff: The flat is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Shepheds Bush underground and overground stations on the Central line (Zone 2), and close to Holland Park. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road, both day and night, along with a bus that stops about 10 min walk from the house.
The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short walk away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Holland Park, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of the beautiful Holland Park.
