Electricity bill will be covered its first £200/month for the entire house. People who live in need undertake the part that excesses £200. For example, if this month’s electricity bill is £250, lodgers need pay £50 and landlord will pay £200. Normally the electricity bill is below £200/month. It would go up if the heating is on. We would negotiate if we agree to turn on heating.

No gas.

Please note that because the kitchen is not very big, it is not very suitable for anyone who enjoys cooking a lot.
