The bright 3 bedroom flat comes fully furnished.

The room is spacy, just been painted and has a nice wooden flooring; ,there is a new bed with storage underneath and mattress. It has a built in wardrobe and chest of drawer.

The flat is located in Shepherds Bush/ Holland Park. It comes with a nice kitchien consisting of a fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the kitchen.

All bedrooms are well proportioned and have double beds and storage space; wardrobes and chest of drawers. The flat has central heating, is fully double glazed and sound proofed. One of the bedrooms is ensuite. All rooms have new mattress. There are currently 3 girls at the flat, but their studies are coming to an end and they will have to go back to France.

One of the bedrroms is ensuite, so the other bathroom is only shared between two other tenants.

The practical stuff: The house is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Shepherd's Bush train station, Central Line and 10 min from Wood Lane on the Circle/ Hammersmith and City line. There are also excellent bus links from the Uxbridge Road. The shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars of Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield are a short distance away, and the Uxbridge Road itself has a huge variety of shops, restaurants and gastro pubs.
We are close to Hammersmith, Fulham and Chiswick (all great for boutique shopping or a wander along the riverside) or, if the outdoors is more your thing (or are just looking for a lazy Sunday walk to ease the hang-over), we are in easy reach of Cathnor Park and Gardens and the beautiful Holland Park.
