🔥 June-Sep: Studio near Holland Park (All-incl)

Hi everyone,

I am renting out my studio at Yara Student – Holland Park (in Hammersmith and Fulham, postcode W11 4ST) from for 01/June - 07/Sep 2025 (later check-in in June and later check-out in September are possible). The contract can be signed with the apartment management officially. It is a quite nice and chill area to live in with convenient transportation - only 10-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Station & Sainsbury's & Waitrose & Lidl, etc. The rent period should ideally cover the whole of July and August. The rent is 1450 pounds per month (the market rent for this type of studio is around 1670 pounds per month on Yara’s website), all bills & tax included. Almost everything you need is available in the room, and there are also various facilities near the building. Students and professionals are also welcome!

Bills included, and no council tax! Both the washroom and kitchen are for private use.
