July-Aug: Cozy Studio near Holland Park (All-incl)

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone (can be both students and professionals) to take over my contract for a cozy studio at Yara Student – Holland Park (in Hammersmith and Fulham) for 01/July - 07/Sep 2025. It is a quite nice and chill area to live in with convenient transportation - only 10-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Station & Sainsbury's & Waitrose & Lidl, etc. The rent period should ideally cover the whole of July and August. The rent is 1399 pounds per month, all bills & tax included. Almost everything you need is available in the room, and there are also various facilities near the building. Students and professionals are also welcome!

Bills included, and no council tax! Both the washroom and kitchen are for private use.

Note: The booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All rent has to be paid in one go (you can pay it in person at the reception if you are willing to visit that student property).
