The bedroom is composed of a double bed, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 1 bedside tables. I am still deciding if I take the desk or if I sell it (happy for you to take it over it fits perfectly)

The house is a garden floor flat, has wooden floors and a private back garden, with a long table and seating area.
Large living room and kitchen area (with all the essentials - dishwasher, microwave, large fridge & freezer, oven).
There is a separate utility/storage space with washing machine.

Closest tube stations are Shepherds Bush and Kensington Olympia, which can be reached in a short walk (5-7mins). Very close to Westfield shopping centre and other supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Holland Park tube and the park itself are just a 10 min walk away. Nottinghill in walking distance!

Current flatmates are Henrietta (Australian 30-year-old working in fashion e-comm) and Kayla (British 26-year-old, working for nhs). Very friendly, clean and calm environment. We are looking for someone as tidy and clean. During the week we mostly work from the office.

Rent is £1070 per month.
Deposit is £1133 and is held under tenancy protection scheme.
No agency fees (our landlord is great, I lived in the flat for 5 years)
Bills are not included - they are around £150/200 per month (council tax, internet, gas & electricity, water and cleaner).
In case you need to move out earlier than the contract (currently until October26) you just need to find a suitable replacement. Our landlord is very supporting.
