Small double room for sublet on Royal Crescent. Available from April 16th until lease ends in mid-September.

I am a recent graduate looking for someone chill to sublet my flatmate's room. It is a small room with a double bed, and shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.

The area is lovely, well-connected, and close to Notting Hill/Shepherd's Bush/Hyde Park, so there is plenty to do and see.

Not a massive stickler but looking for someone clean and tidy, and who is okay with what is a fairly quiet building/flat.

Key access to Royal Crescent Garden is included as resident.

8 minutes walk from Holland Park station, and from Shepherds Bush Underground & Overground stations.
