Peaceful One-Bedroom Garden Flat in West London (Holland Park) – Available in September

I’m looking for a trustworthy individual or couple to stay in my peaceful, light-filled garden flat for one to three weeks in September, between 27 August to 21 September. This is my own home, not a dedicated holiday rental, so I’m hoping to find guests who will enjoy it and care for it as their own.

The flat is a beautifully presented lower-ground-floor home of approximately 100 sq m, furnished with carefully chosen mid-century modern pieces. Despite its central West London location, it is exceptionally quiet and private.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area has large windows and French doors opening directly onto a private walled garden, with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ. The garden also backs onto attractive communal gardens, creating a lovely green outlook. As the flat is on the lower-ground floor, it stays pleasantly cool during warmer weather.

The available accommodation includes one spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, making the flat ideal for one person or a couple. The second bedroom will be locked and used for storage while I am away.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with:

The flat also has fibre broadband and a large Smart TV, making it equally comfortable for relaxing or working remotely.

12 minutes’ walk to Shepherd’s Bush
15 minutes’ walk to Kensington High Street

It would be a lovely base for someone visiting London for work, spending time with friends or family, or simply looking for a comfortable and peaceful place from which to explore the city.

Available for one to three weeks in September
£1,000 per week. Happy to be flexible on the price for the full three weeks.

This is a non-smoking home. I have a cat, but Bento will be travelling with me during your stay. Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate other pets.

My main priority is finding respectful and reliable guests who will enjoy the flat and look after it with care.
